Marketing mentoring for a fitness provider
Sharp Thinking conducted a full review of all marketing to date with the aim of bringing focus and clarity to assess effectiveness.
This included a look at Google Analytics, social media insights and a review of their website. A full competitor audit was undertaken. Sharp Thinking also ran all social media for a period to help build momentum and provide a tried and tested framework.

From this a marketing plan was created for the year. Sharp Thinking also looked at their brand positioning and messaging which needed to be made more succinct and customer focused.
Increasing traffic and engagement
Social media was a large focus and engagement tripled whilst Sharp Thinking led the activity. Content, consistency and timing proved to be key. Sharp Thinking also supported the client with rebuilding their website to increase traffic and improve their SEO position.
