Strategic marketing support for a merchandising business
Sharp Thinking were approached by a well established merchandising business to provide on-going marketing support.
The starting point was to conduct a series of in-depth meetings with the client to gather information. Sharp Thinking were given access to Google Analytics and a customer messaging platform to identify trends. A full competitor and media audit was also conducted to inform media planning for the year ahead.
Product marketing plans
A series of product marketing plans as well as vertical marketing plans were developed by Sharp Thinking. Sharp Thinking developed a succinct and practical template which the client approved and this would then be rolled out to the rest of the business.
