We're happy to work in a way which suits your business, on either a project or retainer basis. 


Retainers are available when booking a minimum of 2 days in advance. Perfect for businesses requiring regular support and giving you peace of mind that you have our time secured. A scope of work would be devised and agreed with all parties so there are clear deliverables for the month.  Retainer packages must be paid in full before work commences and hours utilised within one calendar month of the agreed start date.  Timesheets are sent on a monthly basis so you can see how the time has been spent on your business.


Sometimes it’s easier to set a fixed price for a particular project. Sharp Thinking
provides a full breakdown of all costs involved and provides monthly timesheets. Projects are normally invoiced 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.

For Micro businesses

We understand that marketing is a huge investment particularly if you're a micro-business, so we offer entry-level packages* making marketing planning more accessible.

Sharp Formula

  • A deep dive into your business where we start to formulate insight and make recommendations for the year 

  • Includes half a day prep, 2-hour meeting and 10-page action plan plus follow up call 

  • The day will involve a detailed look at your business aligning business objectives with marketing objectives, a discussion around those all-important numbers (your website traffic, your social media engagement, your sales forecast, your costs) to make some basic strategic recommendations, a brief review of marketing activities and identify key learnings, the business vision for the year, a brief look at your competitors, development of 2 audience personas, articulating your brand vision, a review of your product portfolio, devising a channel plan, a quick look at your website and setting KPIs for the year 

  • From £1,155 ex VAT

Sharp Plan

  • A bespoke marketing strategy based on gathering some customer insights and a plan for the year 

  • Includes 8 days of time for strategic planning, an initial Zoom meeting, a full presentation and proposal (minimum of 20 pages) analysing your website, a competitor review (looking at 3 competitors and benchmarking you against them looking at branding, marketing & social media), analysis of your customer database, a look at your target audience creating 2 audience personas, a brief look at your positioning and messaging, channel recommendations, a calendar plan, a marketing budget and outline KPIs for the year

  • We will also look at social media (if required) and make 1 page of recommendations for an extra fee

  • Includes an initial Zoom consultation, will require management information including sales, costs, some customer data & website and social media analytics

  • From £2,900 ex VAT

Sharp Coaching

  • Ongoing monthly support for micro-businesses based on a minimum of 3 months including  2 x 1 hour zoom meetings, prep and follow up before meeting

  • You can set the agenda each month and cover any aspect of marketing from messaging, SEO, social media and content marketing

  • Together we can set monthly goals so you can monitor your progress 

  • From £385 per month ex VAT

*These packages are for microbusinesses that have under 5 members of staff and/operate with a turnover of under £50k.  All packages require you to complete a business questionnaire 3 days before we meet and Sharp Thinking may need to requote based on this information. 50% of payment will be invoiced upfront.
